The Boy Next Door Goes to Rio

As Rio prepares for the upcoming Paralympics, the Carcoar community would like to extend their good wishes to our very own sporting legend Kurt Fearnley. This will be Kurt's fifth and final Paralympics and his first as co-captain of the Australian team alongside five-time Paralympian Daniela Di Toro, who plays wheelchair tennis. Kurt will be contesting the T54 men’s 5000 metre heats on the first day of competition followed by the T54 men’s 1500m series which will be held two days before the marathon on September 18.
